semuanya bergantung kepada lokasi.. lokasi..dan lokasi. Tidak timbul berapa banyak awak bayar loan installment sebenarnya. Ade je kondo yg monthlynya cuma dlm 850 tetapi disewa sehingga 1600-1700 bagi unit kosong (basic). semuanya bergantung kepada lokasi. Dan ada juga yg monthly loannya ialah RM1200 tetapi cuma dpt disewa sekitar 700 saja sebulan. Again.. its all about location... :) just my 2 cents.
